Description
This Shelby was sold new in Belgium to Marcel Vandoorne in Wevelgem, by the famous dealer Claude Dubois. In 1994 it was sold to its second owner Franky Nuyts from Antwerpen. The third owner was Rudi Dingemans, also living in Antwerpen, who acquired the Shelby in 2002. He performed a total restauration that lasted 5 years, till August 2007. The entire restauration is fully documented. 1053 Shelby’s GT500KR Fastback where produced in 1968. Only one was shipped to Belgium. This car has automatic transmission. It is powered with the famous V8 Cobra Jet engine of 428 c.i. making it the most powerful Mustang build in 1968 and is one of the most ultimate “muscle cars” ever. This Belgian Shelby is very well documented with license cards of each of its owners. The driving experience is sensational and stunning. A true experience!
