Back in 2018 we built this car on special request of a customer. Besides a complete respray and some optical changements, the engine was completely overhauled. We changed the SU carburetors to triple 45DOHC Webers, installed a fast road camshaft and high pressure pistons 9:1.To optimize the driving pleasure we changed the Moss gearbox to a completely new, 5 speed Tremec. The result is a very smooth shifting Jag that goes around the corners like a hot knife through butter. Whoever likes it sideways, the Quaife limited slip differential makes the fun complete. The finishing touch is the straight exhaust pipe which results in a brutal sound. The restoration project took over 700 hours to complete. The result is an epic looking XK120 with agressive touches. If you really want to stand out at a rally or the next Jag-meeting this is your car of choice. The XK comes with an inspection certificate which is still valid until 2024.
